This is why we ask that you check the quantity and quality of your purchased products upon delivery and if any products are faulty or incorrectly supplied that you notify us within 7 days of receipt. Failing to do so within 7 days may result in a rejection of your claim.
Please note that because our products are 100% natural, individual batches may vary slightly in texture or smell. This in no way affects their quality and cannot be the reason alone for a request for returns.
To claim a refund or exchange, please contact us button page before returning any products. We do not accept change of mind as a return reason.
After returns are received in full, the Australian Natural Soap Company will reimburse the value of the returned products within 30 days. Customers will be responsible for delivery charges unless the products are deemed faulty.

Once the we receives your order online, your item/s will be posted within 2 business days. We will notify you of shipment and give you a tracking number by email. You can track your delivery by logging into your account at our website.
